Susan Summerfield, née Hayes On Sunday 5th December 2021, Susan passed away peacefully. Susan was a much loved mum to Clare and Daniel, partner to Kelly, Nanny Sue to granddaughters Amy, Ella and Scarlett, and mother-in-law to Peter and Michelle. She’ll be greatly missed and loved by all her friends and family. The funeral will take place at Harwood Park Crematorium, in Stevenage, on Thursday 23rd December 2021 at 10:15am.
