Jacqueline, 53, of Chells, Stevenage passed away peacefully surrounded by friends and family on the 18th November 2021 following a sudden illness. The beloved wife and cherished sister is survived by husband Adrian, 48, and siblings Annette, Yvette and Joanna. The funeral service will be held at Harwood Park Crematorium on the 14th December 2021 at 1:15pm. All are welcome. Heartfelt thanks to the Lister Hospital Intensive Care nurses, doctors and surgeons for their dedication and compassion.
