'PAT' Pat sadly passed away on 12th October 2021 aged 79 years. A dearly loved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at Harwood Park Crematorium on Thursday 11th November at 2.45pm.
