ANGELA ELIZABETH BALLARD ANGIE It is with sadness we announce the passing of Angie on 15th September 2021, unexpectedly, at her home. Living in Hitchin for 40 years, working at The Open University as Market Research Manager until her retirement in 2006. Angie was a well known figure in Hitchin, especially more recently on her regular walking exercise around the town. Friendly, caring, generous, kind and keen gardener, Angie was a born organiser with a sharp eye for inefficiency. Angie will be greatly missed by her husband, family, friends and colleagues. Her service will be held at Harwood Park Crematorium, Watton Road, Stevenage on Monday 25th October 2021 at 1.15pm.
