Let barking dogs lie, with reference to comments made in The Comet dated November 16.

I would just like to say that I have lived in Jarden for 40 years and have experienced neighbours of all types.

Regarding the second comment, as for a dog biting a child in a park - the dog should be on a lead and the owner in complete control of the dog thus eliminating the possibility of a child being bitten at all.

I notice that the writers of both of these comments have chosen to take the cowardly way out by remaining anonymous.
