In response to the ongoing debate over recycling, I would like to add that many, many of us in Letchworth still do not have brown or green bins.

It would be nice to be able to have our recyclable rubbish picked up, but according to a young lady at the waste office, they ran out of money last year, so most of us are still waiting for the bins, the current arrangements do not seem to reflect what is happening elsewhere.
