Notice is hereby given that Hitchin Town Cricket Ground Ltd have applied to North Hertfordshire District Council for the grant of a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of The Pavilion, Lucas Lane, Hitchin, Hertfordshire. SG5 2JA

This application is for the sale, supply and consumption of alcohol on the premises between the following hours :- Sunday to Thursday 12 noon to 23:00 and Friday & Saturday 12 noon to 1am, plus playing of recorded music and performance of live music and consumption of late night food refreshment.

Representations relating to this application must be made in writing to North Hertfordshire District Council, Licensing and Enforcement, P O Box 10613, Nottingham, NG6 6DW by no later than November 20th 2018. The full application can be inspected at the Council Offices during normal working hours by prior appointment only.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
