Regarding the Manulife Hotel: I note with much amazement that work has apparently started in turning the burnt-out derelict shell of the Manulife building in St Georges Way into a four star hotel!

What guests in their right mind would want to book into and pay the relevant four star rates of a hotel that is in such immediate proximity to both the Stevenage Fire and Ambulance stations?

This whole idea is surely of such Fawltyesque proportions that even Basil must be having a laugh!
