Police are appealing for the public's help following an assault in Letchworth town centre.

The incident occurred between 1am and 1.45am on Sunday, April 14, somewhere between Norton Way North and Station Road.

Detective Constable Kimberley Slessor, of the North Herts Local Crime Unit, said: "I am appealing to anyone who was in the area during the early hours of the morning on Sunday and may have a recollection of what happened.

"Additionally, I want to appeal to anyone with doorbell footage or CCTV to check to see if it has captured anything that may help with our enquiries.
