Hats off in Letchworth for top variety duo

A TWO-MAN musical show celebrating the work of variety duo Michael Flanders and Donald Swann returns to Letchworth GC next week following its successful staging last year.

Flanders and Swann were hugely popular in the 1950s and 60s with their theatrical revue blend of humour and satire and Michael Bernstein and Colin Stevens take to the stage in a recreation of their original shows.

At The Drop Of Another Hat comes to Letchworth Arts Centre next Friday, February 3, and aims to take full advantage of the many opportunities for visual humour, using, like their mentors, a minimum of theatrical props.

Tickets are £11 or £10 for Arts Centre members, and doors open at 7pm.
