Stevenage hit five in behind closed doors friendly

STEVENAGE this afternoon (Thursday) secured a 5-2 victory over League Two newcomers Mansfield Town in a behind closed doors friendly.

At the break the score was 1-1, before Boro hit four more in the second half.

Stevenage’s first official pre-season match is on Saturday away to Biggleswade Town, before a QPR XI visit the Lamex Stadium on Tuesday night.
