Striker joined club at the end of September on a one-month deal

Don Cowan has left Stevenage.

The striker re-joined the club at the end of September on a one-month deal in a bid to impress Graham Westley and earn a contract with Boro.

The 23-year-old was a 46th minute substitute in the 4-1 defeat at MK Dons on September 28 and also came off the bench in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy match between the same two sides on October 8.

His No.13 shirt has been taken over by new arrival and former Spurs midfielder Dean Parrett.
