Letchworth Rugby Club lost 97-0 to Chingford at the weekend.

Already-relegated Hitchin lost 22-5 to Verulamians on Saturday.

Hitchin’s relegation from London North West Three was confirmed after a 51-12 defeat at home to Old Streetonians.

Hitchin Rugby Club’s first team lost 51-24 to Grasshoppers at the weekend.

Letchworth Rugby Club scored a deserved win Saffron Walden, beating them 47-26 away from home in a deserved win for the legends in London North division one.

Kilburn Cosmos begun the match with 10 players, which Hitchin matched in good sporting spirits.

New: St Albans 17–31 Stevenage Town

Stevenage Town beat St Albans 31-17 in the London and South East Division 3 North West at the weekend.

Hitchin lost 24-34 to Welwyn as they raised their game against their third-placed visitors – but still need Lady Luck to help out occasionally.
