Hitchin Town:

Michael Johnson: 8 - Showed confidence in dealing with aerial balls all through the match. Excellent handling, footwork and anticipation during an impressively composed performance.

Macsen Fraser: 8 - Was tasked with attempting to tame Didcot’s lively No11 Morgan Williams. Diligent and hard-working while happy to supplement attacks by driving forward with real pace and determination

Alex Anderson: 8 - Solid at the back but threatened with sporadic forays further forward as the game wore on

Matt Spring: 7.5 - Offered a no-nonsense performance in the heart of the battle. Deservedly earned his applause from the travelling support as he was substituted

Dan Webb: 8 - A solid and uncompromising presence from the Canaries consistent captain

Lewis Ferrell: 8 - Put in a shift. An important vocal presence and effective organiser

Tre Charles: 7.5 - The talented attacker tested home keeper Bedwell with a powerful effort before half-time. Worked hard and was another who earned the acclaim of the Canaries fans present at an atmospheric Loop as he was replaced in extra-time

Charlie Thake: 7.5 - Offered a physical presence on a challenging evening
