Biggleswade United 5-2 Leverstock: Abraham Eze leads the way with tremendous treble

Biggleswade United stormed to a thrilling 5-2 win over Leverstock Green on Saturday, ending their five game run without a win.

The action-packed match saw an Abraham Eze hat-trick, plus goals from Lee Bilcock and Charisma Agyemang which sealed the victory for United.

The away side scored first at Second Meadow, with Jack Waldren’s header finding the net after seven minutes.

Eze replied after 11 minutes, placing his penalty into the bottom left before netting again six minutes later for 2-1.

Eze widened the gap, completing his triple by stepping inside and finishing into the bottom right in the 42nd minute.

With the teams going into the break at 3-1 Leverstock pulled one back to make it 3-2 in the 77th minute after Ross Adams’ shot took a huge deflection off Bilcock into the net.

Bilcock made it 4-2 in the 80th minute, sliding in to tap home Nick Elliot’s deep cross before Agyemang confirmed the triumph after a counter attack to make it 5-2.
