North & Mid Herts Football League round-up
Potters Bar Crusaders continued their good form in the North & Mid Herts Football League Premier Division with a 4-0 away win at Asia.
Their goals were scored by Matt Lochrie, Ian Hargreaves, Dan Chapman, and Joe Chapman.
St Ippolyts dropped their first two points of the season in a 1-1 draw with RBL. Mark Weatherill scored for St Ippolyts before they were pegged back by a Barry Potts goal in the second half.
After Steve Underwood was sent-off with 20 minutes to go, both sides had chances to win the match.
A Darren Curry hat-trick plus an own goal gave City Hearts a 4-0 win at St Albans Wanderers.
Global’s poor form continues following a 4-1 home defeat against Warriors XI. Scott Taylor, Allan Johnston, John Malone and Caner Ozgul scored for Warriors. James Hounslow scored a consolation for Global.
Barmond Utd, despite an improved performance, still lost 5-0 to FC Letchworth. Daniel Nash scored another hat-trick supported by Joe Goude, and Richard Aylott.
