A woman has been charged following a burglary in Stevenage Old Town – and now police are appealing for help to trace a man they believe can help with enquiries.

Owners of a flat in Stevenage’s High Street discovered a man and a woman inside on April 28 at around 7.15pm.

When challenged, they left the premesis.

Nazreen Younas – of no fixed address – was arrested and subsequently charged with burglary. The 32-year-old has been remanded in custody until June 1.

Officers would like the speak with the man pictured above, as they believe he was in the area at the time and could have information which could help their investigation.

If you recognise this man or have any other information, contact DC Karen Dewar on 101 or online at herts.police.uk/report.
