Michael Downing has held the Symonds Green ward for Labour.

Clive Hearmon, Lib Dems – 158

Trevor Palmer, TUSC – 57

Philip Roethenbaugh, Con – 1,183

Richard Warr, Green – 199

Turnout: 63.8 per cent

After winning Mr Downing said: “I’m delighted to have won and be back as a councillor after a four year absence.”
