Officers are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a vulnerable 71-year-old Samuel Allen, who was last seen in Stevenage’s Ditchmore Lane in the early hours of Saturday, December 23.

Samuel is described as white, between 5ft 6ins and 5ft 8ins tall, with blue eyes and grey hair.

He was last seen wearing a flat cap and a mid-length navy jacket. He walks with a stick.

Anyone who has seen Samuel or knows where he is should call police on 101, quoting ISR 348 of December 27.
