The valuables were recovered last month from a vehicle near Heathrow Airport – and are thought to possibly belong to someone living in Hertfordshire.

A police spokeswoman asked anyone with information regarding the pictured items – which include gold rings, necklaces and bangles – to contact officers via non-emergency number 101, or email ruth.catchpole@herts.pnn.police.uk.
