NHDC chairman Michael Weeks keeps his seat for the Conservatives.

Ken Garland - Labour, 308
Arwen Tapping - Green, 221
Michael Weeks - Conservative, 828 ELECTED
Richard Winter - Liberal Democrats, 147
Turnout: 26.2 per cent
