A section of Hertford Road in Stevenage is closed for 23 weeks.

A section of Hertford Road in Stevenage is closed for 23 weeks.


A major route through Stevenage is closed for 23 weeks from today.

Hertford Road is closed from the roundabout at the A602 Broadhall Way to Blenheim Way.

Major roadworks are being carried out here around the clock and the road will not re-open until February 18.

A diversion route is in place between Broadwater Crescent and Ashdown Road.

The Highways Agency is advising motorists that delays are likely as a result.
