A BRACELET believed to have been donated to a charity shop by accident has been handed in following an appeal in the Comet.
A woman returned a bracelet to The Salvation Army store in Leys Avenue, Letchworth GC, last Sunday after reading an article in the Comet.
Captain Barrie Sampson, from The Salvation Army Letchworth GC branch, said he cannot be sure if it is the same Swarovski silver and crystal bracelet that a Letchworth GC woman donated to the shop by accident three weeks ago but the time-frame does match.
“A bracelet has been handed in and we need someone to come in and identify it,” he said.
“There are no identifiable marks on the bracelet but it has a crystal composition to it.”
Capt Sampson added that he is eager for the bracelet owner to get back in touch, with copies of the Comet article put up in charity shops in the area in a bid to track her down.
If you are the owner of the bracelet contact Capt Sampson on 01462 683247 or email barrie.sampson@salvationarmy.org.uk
