Party Policies: North Herts District Council Elections 2008
The British National Party
The British National Party aims to protect our Green Belt and the English countryside. New housing developments should only take place on brown field sites. The pressure for new developments such as the proposed expansion of Stevenage to the north and west is caused solely by the influx of migrants as the indigenous UK population is actually diminishing. Local people must get absolute priority in social housing.
There are not enough resources as it is for the people who live here.
There are too few GPs, dentists and school places and the area is already too congested.
The BNP favours weekly rubbish collection. Bi-weekly collections lead to health problems with pests and to an increase in fly tipping.
The BNP will untie the hands of the Police who are currently bound by political correctness to enable them to get tough with anti-social louts.
The BNP will also ensure that traditional events such as St George’s Day are properly celebrated and will stop the council wasting money on minority groups and translation services.
The BNP puts the British people first.
By electing a BNP councillor you will have someone who you can turn to and not be worried about what you say. We are there to work for you.
