Hi,
My daughter is being christened in Ely Cathedral on Sun Sept 9. We're expecting a turnout of between 50-65 adults and 13-18 young children. We'd like to hold a bit of a gathering afterwards, especially as my daughter will also turn 1 year old the day before the christening. It's an opportunity to gather family and friends to have a pleasant afternoon and a catch up with each other. Most people will be travelling from outside Ely, quite long distances.
We're looking for a venue where we could serve a buffet afternoon tea and perhaps have some space over for a children's entertainer. Does anyone have any ideas of nice venues where we can try to arrange this?
All suggestions greatly appreciated.
