charlotte was an amazing girl who always put a smile on peoples faces.She was tallented in many different ways as we know by her singing from girls brigade,a lot of people wanted to be like her .She had a family that was always caring for her and were always there .As by the accident we know there is no one to blame for this tragedy.She will be greatly missed by all her friends at school,clubs and girlsbrigade and her wonderful family.She will never ever forgotten as there are to many happy memories we have of this little girl to remember her bye
