Can Hertford do better than last season and win the league this term?
Although currently sixth in the table, Hertford are only eight points off the top with a game in hand over leaders Biggleswade (as of December 28).
The Blues were the SML Premier Division's top scorers last season and although not quite firing on all cylinders yet, Kevin Cooper and Ryan Redford remain, in my eyes, the most potent strike force in the league.
The season has only just reached the midway stage and there are plenty of points still to play for.
It would be good for the town for Hertford to reclaim their place in the Ryman League.
